2XKO EU Community Series

From your local bracket to EVO Las Vegas - here’s how the 2XKO EU Community Series gets you there.

From your local bracket to EVO Las Vegas. Season 1 is the first step in building a long-term competitive home for the European 2XKO community.

The 2XKO EU Community Series officially begins on February 18 and runs through April 13. This is the beta phase of a long-term initiative to strengthen local competition, support organisers, and connect regional scenes into one shared journey.

Our philosophy is simple: shift from “Play to Win” to “Play to Belong”.

We are not replacing your locals. We are connecting them. Elevating what already exists. Creating a structure where showing up matters, where consistency is rewarded, and where every bracket feeds into something bigger.

At the end of Season 1, the journey culminates in a live Season Finale in April. The winning team will earn a fully paid trip to compete at EVO 2026 in Las Vegas.

All official events are managed through start.gg, where registration, brackets, Circuit Points, and the EU Leaderboard are tracked in one place.

Points scale throughout the bracket. Consistency matters. Repeat participation matters. This system rewards players who show up across the season, not just those who peak once.

The Competitive Path: Road to the Season Finale

Season 1 focuses on four activated competitive regions:

  • France

  • Spain

  • DACH

  • UK & Nordics

Players competing in these regions will be ranked on their regional leaderboards. At the end of the season, the top 2 players from each region will qualify for the Season Finale, forming their regional representatives.

Players outside these four regions are fully eligible to compete in all Online and Offline events, earn Circuit Points, and climb the EU Leaderboard. Season 1 is a focused first step, and participation across all events will inform how the ecosystem evolves in future seasons.

The Season Finale will bring together qualified representatives in a special broadcast event. The winning team will receive a fully paid trip, including flights and accommodation, to compete at EVO Las Vegas 2026.

Season MVP

In addition to regional qualification, individual excellence will be recognised.

The player who finishes Season 1 ranked #1 on the EU Leaderboard, based on total Circuit Points earned across all eligible events, will be crowned Season 1 MVP and awarded a commemorative trophy.

Supporting Organisers

The EU Community Series is not only about players. It is about strengthening the foundations of the scene.

Official Community Nationals and Community Locals receive structured support, including:

  • Official circuit integration and leaderboard tracking

  • Inclusion on the 2XKO EU Community Series homepage

  • Promotional amplification across official channels

  • Broadcast overlays and operational toolkits

  • Rulebooks and bracket templates

  • Financial contribution for Community Nationals, with a minimum percentage directed to prize pools

All official events must meet defined competitive standards, including start.gg management, standard tournament formats, and adherence to Riot’s Competitive Code of Conduct.

If you run a tournament and would like to become an official stop in the 2XKO EU Community Series in the future, you can register your interest here: 2XKO Competitive Event Submission Form, the password is “letsgo”.

A Final Word

The fighting game community is built on consistency. Organisers who run events week after week. Players who show up and compete. Communities that grow through shared experience.

Season 1 is our first step in formalising that structure across Europe. It is a beta phase. We will learn, refine, and improve the system together.

Support your locals. Show up. Be part of building something that lasts.

The stage is set.
