2XKO Community Event Support - LIVE NOW
Overview
The 2XKO Community Events Program launches today! You can now earn in-game rewards for playing in any eligible 2XKO Community Event on start.gg.
Our goal is to make it even more worthwhile to get involved in your local FGC. If you’ve never attended an event
before, we hope you’ll be inspired to join your first bracket. The Community Events Program includes both in-person
and online events, so you can jump in wherever you are in the world.
Huge shoutouts to our pilot events, FGC Meetups and TNS. Feedback
from their TOs helped us figure out how to grow the program and support everyone globally.

FAQ
Want to know more? Here are some frequently asked questions for Community Event participants.
Q: How long will it take to receive my reward?
A: We process rewards every Tuesday morning in Pacific Time. All of the previous week’s events will be rewarded at the same time. Depending on the amount of events in the first few weeks, this process might be a bit delayed while we review all the information.
Note: If you change your Riot ID after the tournament but before rewards are granted, you won’t receive the rewards.
Q: How am I receiving the in-game rewards just by showing up? Is this magic?
A: This is enabled when you link your Riot account and start.gg account. Start.gg sends us the Riot IDs of 2XKO Community Event attendees, so we know who to send in-game items to. Be warned: if you change your Riot ID after the tournament but before the rewards are granted, you won’t receive the rewards.
Q: I had a bad experience with a Community Event. How do I report it?
A: Our suggestion is always to reach out to the tournament organizers and let them know what happened. Riot has no official oversight over or sponsorship of Community Events.
Q: Is there a maximum amount of Credits I can earn a week from attending Community Events?
A: Yes. You can earn a maximum of 3000 Credits per week from attending Community Events in
2026.
Q: I attended 5 Community Events over 5 weeks and I don’t have my Casual Suit outfit
yet!
A: It’s not in the game yet! The Causal Suit avatar outfit will come in patch 1.1.5, targeted
for April 7, as announced in our latest Weekend Warmup. If you’ve earned your Attendance reward,
you’ll unlock the outfit within 24 hours of the patch drop. (If it's later than that, plz bug me on Twitter @JulezJP.)

FAQ for Tournament Organizers
If you’re a TO, here are some Q&As that might come in handy.
Q: I submitted my event to the Community Events Program, but it wasn’t accepted. Why wasn’t it approved?
A: It’s likely your event doesn’t have an active stream or social media account associated with it, or that it was submitted too late. Keep in mind it can take us up to three days to approve submission. Make sure to double check the Eligibility Requirements and feel free to submit your next event!
Q: My event has a registration/entry fee. Can I still apply to the Community Events Program?
A: Yes! As long as your event meets the Eligibility Requirements, you’re fine to charge a registration
fee.
Q: Will my next event automatically be a Community Event if my previous event was
approved?
A: No. You will need to re-apply for EVERY event/tournament you create.
