<h2>2XKO Closed Beta Overview</h2>It’s time for 2XKO Closed Beta, our last invite-only play window before the game gets fully released. We’ve made tons of gameplay changes since Alpha Labs 1 and 2, and we’re excited to get your help pressure testing this phase of 2XKO.&nbsp;Read on for more details.<h2>FAQ</h2>

2XKO is the free-to-play team-based fighting game featuring champions from League of Legends. Queue up solo or with a friend for intense 2v2 showdowns. Fight as two powerful champions—each with unique abilities and assists—and mix up your strategy with Fuses, powerful playstyle options that change how your team interacts.&nbsp;

Closed Beta is an at-home play experience that invites players to try the latest version of 2XKO, available exclusively on PC.&nbsp;

We’ll invite new players at the start of Closed Beta and while it’s ongoing. Anyone who played in Alpha Labs 1 or 2 will be able to participate as soon as the beta begins. As the beta progresses, those who registered will receive invites, and eventually the game will be open to everyone. Sign up at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://play2xko.com/en-gb/beta">play2xko.com/beta</a>.&nbsp;If you played on console during either playtest, you’ll automatically have access through the Riot Client on PC.

Servers should be up September 9 worldwide around 11:00am PT, starting in North and South America, with other regions following soon after.

Players who are selected to participate in Closed Beta will receive an email with instructions on how to access the game, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Yes. If you played in Alpha Lab 1 or 2, you’ll be automatically invited to Closed Beta on day one. If you registered for Alpha Lab 1 or 2 and didn’t get in, you don’t need to register again.&nbsp;

Yes. When you’re accepted you’ll get a referral link that can be used to invite up to three people.&nbsp;

There are too many Closed Beta gameplay changes to list here, so keep your eyes peeled for the detailed breakdown coming soon.&nbsp;

Yes. Closed Beta will only be available for Windows PC.&nbsp;

No, Closed Beta will be PC-only.&nbsp;

Keyboard/mouse, most controllers, and most basic fightsticks will work on PC.&nbsp;If your controller is acting weird, try closing the Steam app. (See our <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://support-2xko.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/31895225783059-2XKO-Supported-Devices-Peripheral-Troubleshooting">Player Support article</a>.)

Yes! Check out our <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://2xko.riotgames.com/en-us/news/announcements/2xko-community-competition-guidelines/">competitive guidelines</a> for TOs, and keep in mind that there may be maintenance or server adjustments during Closed Beta that could impact a tournament.

Closed Beta will support in-game player reporting and the ability to block other players.

No, your player data will be wiped once Closed Beta ends.&nbsp;

This is the start of the full rollout of the game, so yes!&nbsp;

As long as we need it to be! Right now we're focusing on stability and scaling our servers up. We’ll update everyone when we're ready to move onto our next step, but it won’t be long.
