2XKO Competitive Series Calendar
Happy New Year, y’all. Last month we announced we’re partnering with community organizers on 20 Riot-sponsored tournaments to take place over the course of 2026—also known as the 2XKO Competitive Series. Now, with our first Major at Frosty Faustings just around the corner, we’re ready to reveal our competitive roadmap for the rest of the year, including the Major and Challenger events that’ll make up the official 2026 Competitive Series. Please note that some events, especially those taking place later in the year, are still being confirmed. We’ll be updating this article regularly as all the details get hammered out, so be sure to check back often.
Let’s get into it.
2026 Major & Challenger Events
We’ll skip the preamble and just drop the full competitive schedule here. Some details are still being finalized, so we’ll be revealing our last four Challenger events a little later on.

If you saw our announcement back in December, you might notice that these events are no longer grouped by season. That’s because while we originally felt that tying competitive events to in-game seasons was a neat way to keep everything connected, our seasonal structure is still evolving. Separating competitive events from in-game seasons gives us more freedom and flexibility, meaning we can better support more competitive events overall.
Below you’ll also find links to each event’s homepage or registration site. Some links aren't available yet, but we’ll add them here periodically as more registration info becomes available.
